Returns and Refunds Policy

Under the MONARCH Clothing extended returns policy, customers are able to return items up to 30 days after receipt of order. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn and in resalable condition, and customers are liable for the cost of return delivery / shipping.

Note that this does not apply to personalised items, which can only be returned if faulty or not as described, or to Limited Edition items we must insist are restricted to 15 days of receipt of order.

After we receive and process a customer return, the support team will send a refund confirmation email to the customer (please allow up to 14 days). From the day that we receive and authenticate the return, a refund will be issued and payment should be received within 30 days although will usually be sooner. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method and to the same payment account of the original purchase. 

If a product is being returned for a refund then the complete product must be returned; we are not able to accept returns of partial products.

It will be at our discretion to accept returns that are not made within this framework.


During the Christmas period, this returns policy will be further extended for items purchased between the 1st November and the 31st December inclusive. Items purchased between these dates (excluding Limited Edition items) can be returned up to & including the 26th January. Items must be in their original packaging, unworn and in resalable condition. Refunds will be issued and refund payments should be made within 30 days of us receiving returned items.
